LEAP was born from a simple observation: Indian businesses, especially SMEs, were spending enormous energy navigating the maze of labour law compliance — energy that should go into growing their business.

Our founders — experienced HR and legal professionals — built LEAP to be the compliance backbone for businesses across India. Based in Mumbai, we serve clients from startups to large enterprises, across industries and geographies.
